If it's after 1 then you will never get to where you are going when you want to go on time. almost all of the drivers will stop places for 30 minutes when you are waiting for them to pick you up making it difficult to rely on this app for steady transportation. you can try to get a ride for hours and end up not getting one. the notifications always give you a different time than the app does. They will switch your ride and sometimes your ride will show up without you ever being notified.

same experience as everyone else. the app works and shows available rides until you actually need to book it. it first says that you can't do micro-transportation because there are bus routes you can take instead, then it said volume was too high and still takes you to the buss option anyways. tried calling customer service and they might have been able to to help but the bus arrived by that point so didn't have a chance to resolve the issue. not reliable enough to use on the spot

Reliability is often mixed. Most of the time, I can get to and from work no problem. Other times though, the service is either too busy or the drivers will inexplicably get lost or drive in the opposite direction of my pickup. Sometimes a few drivers will wait 15 minutes at the spot where they dropped the previous person off before coming to pick me up. The GPS seems to be wonky in some of the vehicles also. Decent overall, but have a backup plan when things don't work out.
